Just seen this announced on facebook with a suggested retail price of £150, due 2021 and a double fairlie to follow.

Kato and Peco have an established business relationship, I would not doubt their intent. These are uncertain times economically, but if Boris the Animal can pull the rabbit out of the hat, then look forward to good stuff. Kato's mechanisms are a byword for quality: you get your money's worth.

That's the one for me. Roco floated the idea of an OO9 Double Fairlie back in 2007/2008, but the UK trade didn't place orders in anything like the required quantlty, so nothing happened. The one narrow gauge loco I definitely would find a place for, just how unusual is a steam push me-pull you?
