The 1970s architecture of Blackpool North Station, the original Blackpool North station was beyond the wall in the background and extended to Talbot Road it was closed in 1974 and the excursion platforms then became the main station

a station that refused to die. Not quite the picture that is required, but Bellingham Station in Northumberland is now a Heritage Museum and 'Carriages Tea Room. I think now more people visit the station than when trains actually ran through.
