Another point that does get overlooked, code75 is definitely easier to curve and lay in place due to the smaller rail section. So you need to take slightly more care in setting it in place but it's definitely easier to do.

As I posted way back in 2010, I would recommend code 75 over code 100 any day.
Code 75 looks much better, it's much easier to work with, the rail size is much closer to scale than code 100 (for UK outline) and above all, ALL models produced within the last 25 years will run much better on 75 than 100.
