Hi Hmb and welcome to the forum.
Ahh that first train set. It can spark a lifetime of interest. Mine was a clockwork Hornby set with books for tunnels.

Don't hesitate to ask questions however trivial, we are here to help
Bit of advice, don't run on the carpet, you get into trouble with dust, don't run on the dinning table, you get into trouble with 'er in doors!
