Congrats to all of us :D and many thanks to Alex for organising - all in all an excellent exercise 8) .
Very happy with the top three winners - those were the ones that received my votes (though not necessarily in that order!).
My only surprise is that I received so many votes myself

A big congratulations to Mattmay05, a win commensurate with the skills and craftsmanship displayed. A high water mark for us new railway modellers to aspire to.

And a big thanks for so many entries in the comp, I was surprised and delighted to have so many competitors. What a vast array of projects...

Thank you linesmen, thank you ball boys, and thanks to the other (what was it, ten???) voters.

Congratulations to Notroh on his well deserved win and to all who stuck with it and entered.

Some excellent work from so many different subjects.
Well done to all, even those that didn't quite get to the finish line.
1st & 2nd were both stand out projects, coming from very different angles,
one traditional modelling, the other a glimpse of the future.

As with all other comments a big thank you to Alex for seeing this through.
probably the best NRM competition for participation.

Well done to all who took part. It was great reading your threads as you built your models. I thought you all came first in your relative field of modelling.
A special thanks to Alex for organising etc.

Looking forward to April :D

A thoroughly enjoyable competition with a well deserved winner, equally wonderful work by all the entrants though and thanks to those who voted for my unfinished project, I'm guessing the points were for dogged determination at the end rather than achievement lol.

I too cannot wait for the next competition, I have an interview for a different job tomorrow so funds may be tight for April, but even so, I have a couple of kits I can build up only requiring paint or there's my Bachmann shunters I could modify so they're suitable for tramway running or.........

I think we can now lock this one away as well & truly completed.
Thank You Alex for running this, it's brought many members closer
together with shared but differing subjects.
Now it's over to the April Competition Thread
