I,ve had to remove the operating arms as a temporarily as they had twisted and were jamming up.

Last photo for now, it will be great to get back into layout building , i hope to construct an ariel ropeway and some coal drams for the pit head.

Its that time of year when i like to have a little project to do indoors in the wam, the garage housing the layout gets quite cold. this winter i will start with my own wooden scratch built version of the Faller 120535 Bietschtal Bridge kit.

I,m using left over strips of timber from my model of the Santisima Trinidad. i used the same material for my model of the St Charles Air line bascule bridge.
