It's always the same just after Christmas with Hattons because they are used a lot over Christmas and newyear so they have a back log of orders, and once they have got through the back log they are back to normal and get items out within 3 to 4 days on standard delivery.

I've been wiring more points motors up while I wait for my track to arrive.

Mine was packed yesterday and was being picked up today by CityLink so I should have it tomorrow I hope if not Monday morning.

But the Guy who packed it didn't give me the tracking numbers to track it in the Email,so I am hoping it was picked up today.

I would have thought they would have been sorted pretty much by now considering the amount of staff they have!

Does anyone know if their guaranteed next day delivery still applies during the backlog? Are they definitely dispatching them the same day?

I should think that if you ordered your items with Next Day Delivery you would get them the next day as you would have paid extra for the service!

I'm hoping so. it does say if you order before 2pm you get it the next day. It doesn't say it's next day from when they get around to dispatching it. I ordered a Dynamis and some more track this lunchtime. Not had an email to say it's been dispatched though :-/
