Are these Electrofrog or Insulfrog?

Just a quick question regarding these points? I'm fairly sure that the top two are Electrofrog and the bottom is insulfrog but I'd like conformation. The thing that confuses me are the little connecting wires on the back. The top is a large radius point whilst the other two are medium. The top one seems to have a little more plastic in the frog than the middle one but nowhere near as much as the obvious insulfrog at the bottom.

1 Electrofrog
2 Electrofrog

3 Insulfrog ( notice the all-plastic INSULated frog)

The top one is confusing as it looks like there's a tiny piece of plastic on the frog and maybe an insulated gap on the frog rails? It also looks like the underside has been modified.

It's not so clear what the top one is, strictly speaking.
It looks like an Electrofrog which has been modified by a user, removing the electrical connection from the frog rails to the closure rails. This sort of modification (together with linking the closure rails to the adjacent stock rails) is often done to avoid the momentary short circuits which arise from switching the frogs simultaneously with changing the polarity via the point rails. (Sometimes called "making them DCC friendly")
Although the frog is live (assuming that an external switch is connected), I don't think that it is still an "Electrofrog" as defined by the manufacturer. Perhaps there should be a new term for points which have acquired this modification.
