Has anyone used Javis Scenics landscape mat #11 on a layout and if so any thoughts please?

Hi,,,,I've used this product on my first layout ,quite easy to use and to stick down with wall paper paste ,,,it also gives an instant scenic covering ,I infact basically covered the whole board then marked out where the track,buildings were going to be and cut out those areas,which then left me to ballast and paint in the road etc ,,,,I also found it was ok for covering tunnels or hills etc ,,,,,,it gets a thumbs up from me ,,,mjb

I've got something similar but am going to take a slight different tack. Get the track down, basic of where any hills or raised areas will go, then put down the mat. I will want to add/remove some after that, static grass etc but think this should be a goo basic approach.
