paint Colour

Postby Pompey1950 » Wed Jul 29, 2015 8:09 pm

Fencing

I have bought some fencing from Ten commandments Its the fence where the top is bent over and holds strands of barbed wire The fence posts are metallic.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a paint for the posts - I want to replicate a cement-like colour - a sort of sandy grey

Have never painted metals before - do I need a primer.

is there an enamel paint that anyone could recommend.

Hi - I use Tamiya acrylics xf76 "grey green" which when weathered gives a good impression of a concrete finish.
