Hello,
I like to locate a list of functions for early class 52 Western ESU sound loco, probably V3.5 but not sure how to find out..
Many thanks..
Dapol Class 52
Re: Dapol Class 52
Look up Dapol's website, and e-mail or telephone tomorrow. It will help to identify the correct model if you have the catalogue number.
Re: Dapol Class 52
Hi Bigmet,
No luck from Dapol as its sound from ESU.
Does anyone have one of these and can tell me the functions/keys list?
Many thanks..

Re: Dapol Class 52
Hi Woody,
Does this mean that the DCC sound wasn't provided by Dapol, but the sound decoder was purchased and added either by a previous owner, or by one of the specialist providers who provide a sound fitting service? If that's the case then you are on something of a fishing expedition, one way is to start with whoever the model was purchased from if that is possible, to see if they can provide any information about the decoder and source of the sound package.
Or alternatively, work through the sound function keys and make your own list of what happens when they are actuated. There's also ESU's site http://www.esu.eu/en/products/loksound/ from which you can download the decoder manuals, will at least help with information on how many functions are available, and what adjustments and settings are user accessible.

Hi Bigmet,
Thanks for your reply.
Yes I could go through and write them down, but hoped someone might read this who owns one and could copy me the list so I dont miss anything interesting...
Cheers as always..
