Bachmann Class 25 couplings

You are my last hope guys.
I need a coupling (or couplings) for a Bachmann class 25 D7645.
The Bachmann catalogue number is 32-400 and the coupling spares number is 400-030.
Bacmann say that they are obsolete and Peter's spares don't have any. I've search the whole internet without luck.
I've just found out the model was introduced in 2001 so can see why they are no longer available.

So if any of you guys have one (or 2 or3) lying around in your spares/bits and bobs box I am of course willing to pay the going rate and P&P for them.

The loco is such a smooth runner but without it's second coupling it's destined to spend it's life forever running light engine up and down the Petersdale branch.

Fingers crossed and thanks for reading. Pete (RailwayRobbo).

Are they not standard couplings, the model is listed as dcc ready so woulth have thought it was new enough for standard pocket couplings.

Any chance of a photo of the one you do have.

Hi Pete,

If they screw on you'll have to convert some 36-025/36-026 or replace the bogie plastic outer frame (clips in) as the newer ones have NEM coupling dovetails.

Hi guys.
Here's a picture of the original coupling (on the left) along side a Bachmann Mini loop long coupling 36-026.
