Hopefully more locos and rolling stock to be brought up to full working order.

They already run steam on the mainline from Tyseley, so it's not a "return"!

They seem to have set themselves up to do everything themselves using their own resources, from new build and repairs right through to train crew.

What they are planning to do is expand the Vintage Trains operation beyond the "Shakespeare Express" without the need to hire in coach stock from West Coast and be able to employ drivers without a third party. A look at the people involved says they mean business;
Adrian Shooter ex Chiltern Railways, currently running Viva Rail
Cath Bellamy, ex Chiltern Railways, currently with Viva Rail
Michael Whitehouse, Son of Pat, founder of Tyseley Museum
Bob Meanly Chief Engineer Tyseley Loco Works

Funding is via a public stock issue, controlled by a Charitable trust.
