S.R. photo's for your reference

Postby End2end » Mon Mar 13, 2017 11:17 pm

I ended up at Alton on the S.R.'s heritage Watercress Line late on Sunday just in time to see the last turn around (without passengers) of the train.
I took a few pictures for reference for you chaps modelling the S.R. region.
I hope they are of some use.

Do let me know if you found these useful and I'll continue to take photos wherever I find myself for inspiration and / or reference.
A little bird tells me I'll perhaps be visiting the Bluebell Railway in April so if there is anything you want specific pictures of do let me know and I will try to provide them.
I hope it helps.
Thanks

Thanks for those E2E. I must admit i was a bit surprised at the height of that platform lamp. It looks to be over 20' high. :o
