A Hymek, Western and Warship of course, but also a Peak, a '47 (preferably an ex WR 'namer'), and a '50.

Also an HST, even as a single or couple of Power cars.
A bunch of sewerage farm workers from the North West were visiting Blackpool on a day trip when one of them was overcome by the fresh air and fainted.
It took 7 buckets of S**t just to bring them round again!

A 4700 class would be nice but you would have to built it first.

i'd love to see lode star on the lineup, I should ask NRM to return the star class loco to steam, that would be a dream. (no rhyme intended)
Favourite LMS (LNWR) Loco class-Bowen Cooke Claughton 4-6-0
Favourite GWR Loco class-Armstrong Metro Tank 2-4-0t or Churchward Star 4-6-0
Favourite LNER Loco class-Peppercorn A2 4-6-2
Favourite Southern Loco class-Bulleid Q1 0-6-0

It would be lovely to see the Star steam but the NRM will never let that happen, it is to be kept as a memorial to the skills of the workers at Swindon and is in as out-shopped Swindown works cosmetically restored condition. If they did decided to restore it, the loco would need new tyres and I believe the frames and boiler are very tired as well. Work would be very extensive to make it run again.

Well, 47484 might be appropriate, or perhaps 50007

An operational one would help of course.

Only 3 in 'operational' order at the moment. Bradley, Erlestoke (temporarily withdrawn) & Lydham. Odney is in advance stages of overhaul, Dinmore is undergoing overhaul. Ditcheat, Hinton & Cookham are static although Hinton Manor is expected to have an overhaul started in 2013. Not sure if the overhaul has started with Foxcote yet.

To add to the lineup some locomotives are expected to be on static display, these include GWR Castle No. 5051 'Earl Bathurst' from Didcot, GWR 2884 No. 3845 in scrapyard condition owned by Dinmore Manor Locomotive Ltd, NRM broad gauge replica of Iron Duke, Gas Turbine Locomotive No. 18000 & Class 14 No. D9555.

I had heard Lode Star would go to GWSR for static display but as 5051 has been announced this would appear unlikely.

As for what i would like to see there, the Deans perhaps? Or maybe 3205 or 1501... and as i'm a southern fan, what about a recreation of the GWR liveried Terrier....
