its OK I have found the answer ........ Graham Farish - long established manufacturer of ready to run N Gauge, now owned by Bachmann

A lot of 00 Bachmann gets reproduced in N as Graham Farish.

Graham Farish used to produce 00 stuff, you still see it offered for sale 2nd hand.It was usually known as Grafar.
Growing old, can't avoid it. Growing up, forget it!
