Timeslots issued today, mine states 12:30, that's an afternoon pass I believe, but don't they think rail enthusiasts work !!

Mine is 10.30 :P

What is the Collectors Loco?

Only thing on sale apparently so won't be too expensive day out and free entry to museum

Stands to reason that. Its nearly always the latest or nearly latest loco to be released, which is the C class.

What a waste of time. No catalogue, poor service from the Exhibitors, total disinterest. Bachmann want to sell ? This is not the way, Peco not there went home yesterday ????

I was also really disappointed with the Hobby Show but bought the C1 even tho' it's not my cup of tea.

Had a good chat with one of the Bachmann guys about the lack of an upgraded Class 59 and why have Bachmann skirted around it with all the other classes.

GB Class 20 looked good.

However the museum was excellent and very worth the visit...

Will post some photos tomorrow.

Don't apologise, the beautiful older specimens on view add their indefinable charm to what would otherwise be wall to wall soulless modernity...

It is primarily a trade show and therefore it is a favour that you are allowed in. Remember that

Please remember that it is primarily a TRADE SHOW . It is only as a favour you are allowed in . The catalogues cost £6.50 so to give a large number away would cost a lot and it would be reflected in the cost of the models.
