If you are into European prototypes the Zillertalbahn has a great website,
( http://www.zillertalbahn.at/Englisch/f_main_e.htm )
mostly German but some English pages (and you can always click on pictures) There's drawings and specifications of a lot of stock under the "Technology" section:

I'll put more links up when I get time.

How about pecorama? http://www.peco-uk.co.uk/ and click pecorama and ''beer lt. rly.'' Its annoying on this site as the URL just stays as http://www.peco-uk.co.uk/ and doesnt have like, http://www.peco-uk.co.uk/pecorama, so I cant copy a direct link onto here, sorry!

Re: Useful Narrow Gauge websites
If you are going to Germany this one lists all lines, open and closed and gives links if there are any - invaluable for someone like me!
http://www.schmalspurbahn.de/
Also the Czech line:
http://www.jhmd.cz/
Use both flags - the Czech one has mnore photos, though you can't understand the writing!
