Bachmann 32-389TLDS Class 37/4 37416 BR mainline (weathered)

Hi

I purchased the above train on 16th July 21 this train has been great up until yesterday when it decided to play up firstly it slows to a crawl even though the engine noise is on full throttle, then it will stop and not move however the sound is still working fine and also responds to throttle movements. I have noticed it gets very hot compared to my others engines I have just tried it again and it worked fine for around 10min then stopped.

I would like to know my best course of action for this as it is only 3 months old and it took me a long time to find this engine for the right price and sound and I was very happy.

I use a digitrax DCS52 Zephyr Express this is working fine for all other trains

Absolutely, call the retailer immediately. Bachmann support retailers properly and this is rectifiable. (I suspect there's a fault in the motor, which if correct is a simple replacement.)
