KATO HO E5 -3-516

Has anyone converted KATO HO E5 -3-516 from 12v to DCC.
I have bought four car set plus two extra carriages from KATO in Japan along with recommended decoders(4)
It looks straight forward but would appreciate any advice/instructions from anyone who has converted this model
