Hornby Railways Skaledale Junction Signal Box.

Postby BRPannierTank » Sun Jul 23, 2017 9:04 pm

I have spent the best part of this weekend working on a signal box for my layout. I found a Hornby signal box in my local railway model shop and set about getting her to look more in keeping with what I need.

I added an interior with point/signal levers etc, figures, a cat, fire buckets, repainted and weathered her.

Nice bit of detailing. Like the pussycat on the roof.

Thank you Bufferstop.

The cat is actually a dog lol. I have some HO scale animals that are a tad small, however one of the dogs looked to be in a very cat like position, it was tailless so I added a tail with a bit of stretched sprue

ATB John :)
