Very nice: love the smoke in the picture. Can you tell me what class of loco is in the top picture? I wouldn't mind owning one of those one day...

A shame yours was broken. Mine is actually missing one of its tender filling caps. I shan't bother to send it back for that. I'll see if I can get a spare from Hornby, or get something from Markits or similar. It is a great runner. Pulls more than the B1 Hornby also do.

It did look maginificent when I looked at it, The only other thing am not to pleased with is the blast pipes seem to long compared to this picture http://d240vprofozpi.cloudfront.net/loc ... ingham.gif
also the model has the black smokebox door hinged and handles as in above pic
but the picture on the back of the box shows them as silver as in this picture http://www.flickr.com/photos/blue-diesels/5642982202/

I'll see if I can get a spare from Hornby

Good luck peter... they don't do spares... never have, never will they will just tell you to go ask some repairers or people who actuall carry their spares for them... which is a stupid way of doing it.

I don't want to seem to be correcting you but isn't the photos of Tedburn St.Mary from the Northampton exhibtion in July? the reason I say is that I'm part of the model railway club that runs the show and the venue looks a lot like this years venue of the Weston Favell Academy
If it steam and runs on rails i like it.

Quite right, my mistake don't know why I thought it was Banbury! Duely corrected!

How do all, a few photos of Tedburn St. Mary at the East Grinstead MRE 16th & 17th March 2013.

It was an excellent exhibtion and I can't remember ever having as much fun operating the layout.
