The second coach in that last short train looks like a good candidate on which to base a modified Hornby 4 wheeler.

Never managed to visit it, but I have been in the area on business, stayed at the Beamish Mary Inn, it was a fabulous place, great food and lovely room.

Beamish is always worth a visit (or two, or three) there is so much there, one day really isn't enough time.
Did you see any of the things I helped restore ?
Stockton & Darlington Carriage (probably in the waggonway) finish is woodgrained
green chip van (in the lean-to behind the chip shop)
Heron Bread Van
