Hi all,
Unfortunately, due to other commitments I only managed a couple of shots of Clun Castle during her outing around Oxford and the Chilterns.
The only chance I had was on her return trip from Oxford to Dorridge in the evening. I just managed to catch her at Fenny Compton and as she was being chased by a Crosscountry Southampton to York service she was getting a good lick on!

I actually paid a visit to the GCR last Sunday after almost a two month break away from the place. The LMS Class 2 No 46521 , 9f No 92214 and English Electric class 50 017 were out and about on passenger duties.

Just 3 shots of Clun Castle on the Shakespeare Express 01/09/2019 this time. I couldn't get out for the first run as unexpected visitors turned up on my doorstep.... Decided on Dorridge for a shot from the platform as its still to warm for any exhaust effects. And for once, Im glad the sun when behind a cloud. A few shots of LMS Jubilee 'Galatea' this time. On Sunday 08/09/2019 She ran a WCRC excursion from Burton on Trent to Stratford upon Avon. 'THE MERCHANT OF AVON' She ran down from Carnforth with the ECS on the Saturday. These images were all taken at two Locations around the Earlswood area on the North Warwickshire line which runs from Tyseley to Stratford upon Avon.

I had the pleasure of attending a Timeline Events photo charter with 'JINTY' No47406 at the GCR a few days ago. She was recreating a typical scene of a local passenger service train that would have ran during the 1950s. Paired with two Suburban coaches she really looked the part. A few vans were added to the rear of the train later in the day for a few run pasts before heading back down to Loughborough for a night shoot in the station with a few re-enactors on the platform to complete the scene.

Hi,
I attended what was at times a rather soggy 30742 charters organised photo shoot at Tyseley Vintage trains loco yard last Friday afternoon. The occasion was to photograph Castle class loco 'Defiant' With all moneys raised going into the fund for its rebuild. Of course other locos were around to photograph as well. We did have a few spells of sunshine as well as rain so all in all it was a good session.
