301 looks nice, they've done a good job on it, hope the rest look just as splendid.

Thanks Dave. My new camera is a Kodak M853. I'm a bit dissapointed with the resizing of the pics - they look alot sharper beforehand.

Pictures tend to loose their sharpness when reduced due to the nature of jpeg's - it's a 'lossy' format.
If you have Photoshop, run the 'sharpen' toll on the picture first, this helps abit.

Some great pictures there Mike! Well done! :D I love the yellow Network Rail class 37!

Although some of those loco's have seen better days! :cry:

Yes, but only at weekends (10am - 4pm iirc). It is free too. All the vantage points you see in the photos are freely accessible, but you can't get down and walk around the locos in the sidings, only in the roundhouse. Also, the DPS shed is only open on Saturdays.

37672 still works? Never knew that, but I always have a soft spot for it when I see it as its in such a bad state. Who owns it?

Barrow Hill is definitely worth a visit.
