Possibly. If you can get an image URL to post into the img bracket things, it should work. To get the URL, you generally have to right click on the image and select 'Copy Image URL', not just copy the webpage URL.

That works if you want readers to click on the link. Putting it in IMG tags puts it directly into the post like this
