Getting there.

Have now wired up 18 LED's (9 points worth)

Lot of soldering.. 15 joints per point!! and they not wired to the plug/socket or switches yet!!!

Begining to think ive given up railways and started electronics!!

Anyway heres a couple of pics of progress, front and then the rather messy back. (I did have a go at using shrink wrap, but it wouldnt work for me, so gave up and will cover it in insulation tape instead!)

Those bi-coloured LEDs are a good Idea  Are they the super bright ones?

Had to share this..

First off, no update on layout or direction board as too busy making ice sculptures for my winter scene...

Secondly, been trawling ebay for ages now looking for a NSE loco. Found a Lima 50 "Howe" with a Best Offer, Buy it now price was £29.50. I offered £22. which was declined, I then offered £24, also declined, but i was then counter offered £27. Which I declined.

It went full time unsold..

Happened to notice it come back up for sale without the buy it now options etc.. So have been watching it for last 5 days, it finally ended tonight and I Won it for £18.55.. So Im pretty happy with that, bet the sellers not too chuffed. (hope its no-one on NRM)

Thought id share my good fortune.
