He certainly does, and looking at this latest set of pictures makes me think that its about time that I built another one of my own.

Agnes Marston is much happier. She has a garden; albeit much smaller than before.

Many a story could be told. (I must write a book ) One did not dawdle; especially the 'Winter of 1963'.

Meanwhile -- The Postman is on his round with a couple of dogs.

A new pathway is being built .

Until I get new fencing work on, the area where the houses were (North Road) a school is to be built.

When I lived in Leeds, I used to deliver mail to a school near Roseville Road. If my memory serves me right, it was an old building then and may now be demolished. As the layout for both Diesels at Crown Point and Steam Trains to Sovereign Street are now set firmly in Leeds, here is 'Roseville School'.

It still needs 'bedding in etc.' and a small playground.

Some new fencing added. The outside toilets to finish.

Roseville School has 'modernised with central heating'. The chimneys have gone and roof repairs done. A small playground added

Anyone following Steam Trains to Sovereign Street will now know Crown Point Yard was built by the Calder Railway. At the end of steam BR converted Crown Point Yard to a small engine shed and stabling point. Therefore here we have Crown Point and Sovereign Street fifty or so years later.

With being able to see the road at Crown Point I can now 'ring the changes' with my passion for road transport and buses.

North Road has gone. In its place Burmantofts Road. The building on the right is taken from Sovereign Street.
