Enjoyed reading the feature. See that you have had a few more additions to your fleet.

One person replied - you don't know you are born! It's because you are one of us big "00 boys", not thought of as comment worthy obviously!!

And how many comments have YOU left on others' layouts in all that time? Answer: one.

Anyhow, your layout looks great - and I'd be interested to read any updates you have to submit :D

Certainly a 'Rave from the Grave'
Errr - How's the roof ?

I know you look in quite often - I check from time to time on those I
recall from the Old Days. Wish Grotland was still around.

The roof has been replaced and all is well with the shed.
No leaks!
I still do a bit in the shed every now and then. But mostly I just play trains.

I don't think "rude" is the right word - on occasions I would go with "lazy". Nice looking layout though as PNP says.

Just to show that the layout is still alive.

Nice weathering on the hoppers, what method do you use?

And to think those wagons were new when you started the layout !!

I do like used & grotty wagons. Somewhere I have a decal
'Cond' ............ must use it sometime.

Here's one I have recently finished.
Grey paint for the body. Then a mix of artist oil's "Burnt Umber and Yellow Ochre" add decals and then a wash of Citidel Nuln Oil.

That really is very good - I know weathering is a bit "in the eye of the beholder" but to my eye it's as realistic as any I've seen.
