What are the red green blue and purple things either side of the track at the start?

What comment was that then Andrew? Missed that completely!
Decided to change because a) Matthew is more interrested in PS2 games now and b) It could be construed as being g*y??? rather than father and son! :lol:

No idea Brian, I can't find 'the comment', all I can see are some very positive remarks made by your goodself. To quoin a phrase "am I boverred?" anyway !

Not much progress this last week unfortunately. Had a busy week at work and the missus has had a bad back. Matthew has been with his Gran all week which should have allowed me to progress uniterrupted by the usual "Dad, my computer's lost connection again!". But sadly not :cry:

I have however converted our 3rd bedroom into a small office this week and decorated top to bottom. The plan now is to hard wire the wee lads internet connection from his room to the "study" so I can have peace at last!!

Having followed Brians thread I am considering a shelf layout in the study now so that I can 'test' and program my locos. Maybe with forced perspective so that I have 00 at the front and N at the rear???

Tonights efforts -
Added a few bits and bobs to the east end of the layout...

going to 'fill' all the gaps now to blend all the bits and bobs in. A new video should appear shortly once all the lighting is finished and the motor for the oil pump is connected!
