Hi all,

Had another go today added the rock faces to the layout to see how it looks and glued into place seem ok to me, so made a few more to add once I get a few litres of PVA lol .

Done a video to show the layout a bit better, did a bit more scenics and tested the layout with DCC program to make sure it all worked.

It's the Digitrax DCS 50 it is the same one from back in the day 8)

Hello all,

Finally done the job I really hate and got the ballast down, I used fine ballast this time compared to what I used on the last layout it looks much better and more to scale, so happy days.

Also added more green to the sides and redone the grass to the middle I was not happy with the first results.

On the last picture there's is a bit of moving about, I will be doing that area another day.

I will book that shot in on the next post, just waiting on the ballast to completly dry before I clean the rails and get them trains going.

It's looking good, I really like the deep contours, not often seen on layouts.
