Your layouts moving along nicely, wish i could say the same about mine. Bloody extreme temperature differance from summer to winter just destroyed my track work.

1 WEEK TO SHOW

yes balsa rd makes it debut in under 1 week & i have justed glued 3/4 of the track down
but the cause of the trains not running was the fish plates

so the list
* add power cables to inner line
* glue the last few pieces of track in place
* ballast track
* add oil stains at station
* paint baseboard frames black again
* get curatin sewed & test fitted
* take layout to model show
DEADLINE 15/11/12

IM CUTTING TO CLOSES FOR B***** COMFORT FOLKS :o :shock: :cry:

Ive not been doing this to long but i have already noticed a trend in this hobby, Trains will run fine for hours while its just you around but the minute someone else is there or you pull out a video camera they will jump off the rails at every chance! Cant wait to see your pics

Timmy, what you are observing, is Murphy's law in action. Every office equipment salesman will tell you, "it will always work ok until you come to demonstrate it" :shock:
