When i was in america a few years back I bought from universal studios (after being on the ride) a O guage back to the future 2 delorean, thats somewhere getting broken back at my dads now and with it is a hot wheels ish size one of the delorean time machine with mr fusion, not that you can make it out, but i used to sit it with its tyres resting on the sleepers on the outside of the rails, but it had a metal base possibly which led to shorts, would have been cool to get it onto a chassis that has wheels to run on 00 track

Thanks Mike, its really starting to look like a model railway now!
Phipps and Alex, if someone were to lend me one nearest to OO gauge i could try putting a chassis on it :P

Well i have been doing a little project for my future Thomas and Friends exhibition layout, i have converted a Tri-ang Brakevan in to the Spiteful Brakevan which caused trouble for Douglas in series 2(?)

What you may want to do is drill two holes in the baseboard for the power feeds. This can be covered with a bush or something.

Its been a little quiet recently on my layout, ive been playing trains but i just haven't been doing anything that special to put on here. However i have now got three new locos that arrived for my birthday o i will be posting photos in due course. Also i am renaming the railway, i wasn't very happy with the name as it was, so i have been thinking of a new one that suits the location of my fictitious preserved railway based in Gloucestershire. I have been looking at the old Banbury and Cheltenham Direct Railway as the location for my line. After careful consideration my line will run between Bourton-on-the-Water and Chipping Norton via Stow-on-the-Wold where a small main line spur from the Costwolds line at Morton-in-the-Marsh that joins the railway at Stow. Now to think of a name for the line...
Edit: the name came to me soon after posting this!
