Thanks Duncan.
Well since my last report and no luck in running a dapol western my heljan fleet has stayed and has a new arrival.
New work on all off them has or is including re-aligning all brake gear and fitment of cab detail including the brake wheel.
New arrival is D1057 western chieftain ex D1030 early blue small yellow panel and I still have plates for D1013 and D1015.
So the list and dates of liverys are.
D1000 blue 1967/68/D1010 maroon weathered 1967/68/D1011 blue ex works early 1968/D1023 blue 1968/D1030 weathered early blue 1968/D1040 heavy weathered maroon 1968/D1041 maroon full yellow 1968/D1045 maroon full yellow weathered 1968/D1054 weathered maroon 1968/D1057 early blue 1968/and D1062 maroon 1968.

Ltest on old oak which for the time being still exists is not much has been done.
Locos arrived since my last report have seen a cl25/31 arrive both in green and another donated western done as D1026.
I have had a light failure now with both dapol class 22s and wont be buying dapol again.
Heres some pics.

Good to see some new pics but bad news on the Dapol front. I hope the N gauge versions are better but have had a few light failures on Dapol's N gauge locos, usually due to a broken wire.

Thanks guys its almost that I aint been away long enough.
Chris the lights on dapol locos including the western and 22 is a sour subject at the moment here not to say the n gauge version will be any different.
I am sure and hope dapol sort the problems out but for the time being I have lossed faith in them.

I cant believe its been a long time in posting on here, but old oak is still going which now apart from 3 duffs and a 33 totally a hydraulic layout including the new class 43s and now with a fully working turntable.
I am unable to show any more photos but they do appear on facebook from time to time.

Nice to hear from you after so long. Once I can persuade FB that I'm not an imposter trying to blacken the name of my namesake and give me an account I'll be taking a look.
