Sorry if I've missed it but is the station a ratio kit? Or did you construct it yourself?

Cheers :)

Hi there, good to have someone else keeping the Sheffield end up!

Good name for the layout too.

I'm considering modeling Wadsley Bridge station once i get into the scenery side of things properly, nothing left of it these days but i remember the football trains in the 80's as i was walking down to the games, 37's and 47's mainly, or so i recall. Would make a good era to model.

Anyhoo, good luck with the layout.

Your layout is coming along nicely. You've made a great job of that painting.
I really like the Peco sheds. They look great if you fit LED lighting too!

Its not digital at the moment as i need it analogue for my clubs exhibition at the weekend. I still have some of the money to spend and i have decided to order some more of the new Mk1 coaches and i am going to get my Farish 8F sound fitted :D

That will hopefully be arriving within a month so expect noise

Not that addicted :p

Anyway back to the layout. I've splashed out on a few locos that i liked the look of and that i thought were of good value so here they are:
Image
Dapol Arriva 153

Image
Dapol (Hattons) EWS 66 and Farish EWS 60

The 153 is now fully digital with light bar fitted and the other two are waiting for chips.

A bit more exciting news now, Had a little trip up to rails (yet again) and came away with two super super new Mk1 Coaches :D
Image

They are both SK coaches as i have got 4 SO coaches coming soon from a friend of mine, oh and some close ups of the new ones:

They are both amazingly detailed and i can't wait to get more of them :D

Peace Out!
