Hi John,

I've been keeping an eye on this thread and I just like too say the canopy looks OK to me, wavy or not. I look at it and I can see what it is, so as far as I'm concerned you've modelled it correctly.

I know this is sad but since taking model railway building back up I find myself looking at roofs on buildings etc, etc, and a previous reply you've had is correct, as these buildings get older they tend too mellow and lose shape gracefully.

Last thing is if you're happy with it....Use it. :D

Look forward to more updates.

Mike.

I have done a slight alteration to my layout.
I was always wary of the steam shed in the corner coming onto mainline.
I think it looks better now.

It's me again.
I added 300mm to layout which as let me add three sidings.
I could probably have four if I wished.

hi john
yes i do think the yellow LEDs look better as it isn't too bright. Also extra sidings are useful if you get more trains

I would have just fenced the whole lot off. But looking at that photo i think is nice open on one side, dont forget where there is a fence there are people. Will you be fitting buffers at the end of the line?

Hi THE CHEIF
I will fit buffers to end of track like yourself at first thought about just
fencing it all but know I'm not sure.

I think there is a law stating that all track (excluding certain types of sidings) should be fully enclosed and fenced off to prevent animals/people to get on the track and be hit by a train, so I'd say yes to fencing it.
