Burraw Central - OOGauge Model Railway. UPDATED!-23/07/2009

Hello,

Hi all. I have been away from the railway as i have been sorting things out and really had no money to get stuff etc. So i am going to be going up there and start talking photos etc. My layout is 24Ft x 10Ft :).

24' x 10'? Blimey, mate, you'll be a long time get that all scenic'd up! Still, progress looks good so far - any chance of a trackplan? Or even (and I'm not saying this to be snide, I promise!) some pictures perhaps a little better focused?

Also, it looks like modern era. Any thoughts on region, timescale, types of service etc?

Will be interested to see this one come on.

Cheers,
Gavin

Wow, it looks great so far. I am jealous of the space you have! I cant wait to come up and see it for real, its going to be amazing! :D

I have a mere 10ft by 6ft and thats its maximum dimensions, its really 6ft by 4ft with two side wings that are 6ft by 2ft. In a kind of C shape. Anyway... don't want to hijack your thread... it looks like it has come on quite a way! Im a very firm believer of IMR (Its my railway) which mean I can do what I like and run what I like. Mine is based on pre 1960s but I run Eurostar ocasionally! :P

Look forward to seeing your progress, appart from the size of the pictures they look okay to me... I strugle to get all my layout in one pic and when I do it looks silly because the loft beams get in the way! :( You don't appear to have that problem! :x

Anyways, enough of my rambling, and I look forward to seeing it soon :D

No problem, its my pleasure, I did click them but even then they are small... 800 by 600 is fine for the forum or if you use www.imageshack.us I think there is some link code that does resizing when you click for you?

No... I am not criticising them at all. And I must apologise... I didn't realise when you clicked them for a second time in photo bucket they went to probably 800 by 600  I don't think on my layout thread there was any pictures on my first post at all! And my first pictures were not exactly the most interesting either  I think they were of a messy loft that needed to be tidied lol!

Yer i now. I made it like that so it looks realish , Also i didn't get the chance to build a A-Frame for my layout, as i don't want to chop me fingers of and me dad can't help me as he can't fit in the loft..

Thanks for the nice comment.
