Hi all,

A quick picture of my layout with a slightly out of period visitor (a friend's loco).

Image

The layout has had a few bits and bobs done to it since I last updated this thread.

Hopefully the N gauge tour will get to me soon and I will take some more detailed pictures of the layout when it does.

Thanks for looking :)

Hi all,

There are some more pictures of my layout here, as a result of the 2011 wagon tour.

Here is one which I rejected but after cropping has turned out not too bad.

Hi I am thinking of doing the same layout as you have. Do you have any problems with your trains derailling or detaching on the points? I am taking about the ones neaest to your station platforms

Ps great job

No, there are no problems with derailing or detaching, unless the loco/stock has issues with that sort of thing already.

This layout will be sold in the next few months I suspect.

Any particular reason for the sale?

I'm looking to do an exhibition layout, having done one with a friend and having exhibited with a club.

Hi all,

This layout is now up for sale. More details, including price, can be found here.

The layout has been a pleasure to own and operate and has never let me down in terms of derailments or electrical issues.

I am selling it so that I can build a smaller exhibition layout (I need the room!).

If anyone has any questions, please PM me.

Thanks for all the interest in the layout over the last few years! Here's a few reminders of when the NRM wagons came to visit:

Hi Mike,

Good to see this layout again :) . I need to ask you where you got those brutes from on the platform? I'm starting again trying to re-create a Shrewsbury based layout & these were always lined on the Platforms there in the 80's.

All the best,
Mark
