well the reason i am moving so quickly is that i was given a hole load of kits of buildings for my layout :D And i've been building them quite quickly too :D

No offence, but I saw more of your Garage than the layout. Perhaps you need to find somewhere to park your camera to give an overview of the layout (or part of) and then leave it, as looking at the movement of the film made me feel dizzy. Also pictures speak alot on their own, take a look at beerandpies videos, they are good and he doesn't seem to say anything.

Good attempt Andrew, although my wife looked over to find out why I had gone green - said I looked sea sick! You need a tripod or something solid to attach the camera to in order for it to be more stable.

Let the layout do the talking rather than pointing out what we can see. But your layout is coming on well so well done, although I do wonder if you also wanted a scalextrics set!!!!

Good looking layout HB,I have to agree with the above posters, the video was very difficult to watch and it made my eyes hurt trying to follow it......better luck with the next one.

B@rney, He only recommends things that he has read from others to be good, which is Ok but most only listen to those, like myself! who are awesome experienced modellers.

I know, No one like a "know it all" that doesn't listens to his own advise, but the world is full of them.

Any updates?

Why buy a trian set ? You have track and controllers , I would buy just the locos you might have enough for two then
If i ever bought an electric car , can i fit a sound chip ? ,,, to make it sound like a class 47 :)

I'd stick with the layout you have and get more loco's, carriages and wagons or stuff for scenery if it was me. You've made a cracking start, would be a shame to divert attentions to another layout without "finishing" the first - a sure fire way to get bored of the hobby (been there, done that!).
