Please stop asking random questions. I've not got alot of time right now to update the thread but I'll update when I can.

Read the whole thread. I have started some scenery.

I was going to ask about that, he seems a little excited for your layout

I've been meaning to post in your topic for a while, but hadn't found anything profound to say. I must say that I rather like your Flying Scotsman, I want an A3 now and I don't even model the LNER area! But I want one with the german deflectors, so I was looking at the NRM edition one or 'Galtee More' but if I saw a 'White Knight' on ebay I'd go for it. I do admire your electrical skills though, building a CDU and all 8)

You're doing a preserved railway theme right, that has to be one of the better themes these days, give you the opportunity to run whatever you like :D

Nice Work,

With all that space on the control panel, why not arrange the switches as per the layout, or even overlay them on your trackplan?

hi class 66
I bought a peco streamline sl-e91 (electrofrog version) and i wondered if you have any tips for installing them (rail joiners, etc).
i have the insulated rail joiners already and is it true that if you add a few small tracks to it, that is like an express point?

Hobby Boy, just the net for information about all that. Theres also a very good thread on uploading pictures on the welcome forum. And please why do you need to say that in your signature ??

You need to put insulating joiners on the end of the V tracks.

Now. Back to the layout topic. I'm having some major problems with the point motor wiring (i.e nothing working when I wire the lights up!!!!), hopefully I'll get it sorted though.

And please hobby boy just post relevant questions in this thread from now on. Stop the random questions here and there.

Just ignore him now.

I mean a few questions from people or so I'm ok with and more than happy to answer but what really drives me nuts is people who just post random questions for the sake of it.

Oh well. Right, will try to get an update up tommorow.

Thanks all.

I think he was referring to the way he was speaking. Stephen might be younger (I also have this impression) but he may be more mature than the other person being talked about
