Hi Hammy,

I think I'd give some thought to the siting of the streetlamps in this area - nobody would ever wire a lamp in so close to edge like that. You probably also want some kind of fence there at least?

hey maybe you didnt see the earlier pics but the light isnt that close to the edge, just the angle of that photo makes it look as if it is. (btw somebody might!)

also i have got plans for a fence (knightwing jobbie) but it might get broken as this area is really close to the edge (and i have to lean over a bit to rectify my trains!!)

i like the raised area,the concrete looks really real :D .this is turning out to be a great little layout with tons of detail,would be sad to see it go. :cry:

i bought some people from dart castings, heres the majority of them just got the track worker and driver to finish

Hi Hammy,
Thanks for putting those Dart Castings photos on ...... see I did remember to look ...... Certainly they have quality sculpting and interesting poses you've got, quite contemporary. I see you've used gloss paint - if that's all you have fine, but I'd suggest some matt varnish which would improve the look.

yeah gloss enamel is all the paint i have, they didnt look too shiny when i was painting them, but in the sunshine theres plenty of reflection :o

Nooooo! This was such a great layout. It's been the inspiration for my 6x4 trakmat based layout. (which currently consists of a trakmat)
