Hi Dave

I am really not sure who makes them: they came in a mixed lot from an online auction:

Maybe one of these?

Thanks

Simply amazing work Olly, the transformation since i been reading (from page 9!) has been simply breathtaking....

The only thing wrong is its making me jealous as i haven't got the room or space to recreate something similiar!
Will look forward to seeing the latest developments 8)

Thanks Adam,

I have not been very active lately, modelling, but still spend time fiddling with things and basically letting the trains trundle round while the music blares and the odd glass of red wine disappears. A simple, but effective relief from life. Modelling at it's best, according to me.

Anyway, some new photos:

Great shots, as you said a great way to relax- watching the trains go round. Keep up the good work

The layout has been dismantled and something new will appear soon.

It was GREAT fun, and the intention was to keep improving it, I got to the stage where I just wanted to start again.

The end of an era.

Wow, a bit out of the blue to go from having a great layout to seeing it being taken apart.

Have you any ideas what you want to do for your next project?

I am almost distraught !! Green Wood Road is no more ..............

First, thank you Olly for entertaining us over the last 3.1/2 years with all the ideas, good & bad
that ended with a great looking layout with a fine long figure of 8 run.

Now the future ... I hope we have a few years of fun coming. I assume it'll stay in the same 'Pod'
and remain '00'. Just tell us that for a starter !!

And I'll just go and make another cup of coffee now, having spilled the first one when I saw that photo. Thanks. :-P

Wow, that really is a drastic move. But I'm sure the next incarnation will be even better!

Hi Olly,

I'm in a state of shock, a great layout only to be remembered in all these lovely photo's. Still I suppose everything must evolve & move on, so with this in mind I look forward to your next creation.

Cheers Mike.

With the skills acquired building this, I am sure the next will be better 8)
