Progress has been slow, due to other jobs to do around the house.
Today I got to have a play, working on the footbridge.
It's made from a number of Hornby footbridges.

All I need is another scrap donor green footbridge, so if anyone has a scrap one for a good home let me know.

That is a smashing looking station building there M.L, is it a scratch build? Also, what are you using to produce your paving slabs on the platforms? Sorry, I can't help you with the bridge.

Thanks Carnelian

Yes they are all scratch built.
I have used 7mm paving for the platform as 4mm was to small and 7mm to big, but 7mm looked better.

Looking quite complex, and accomplished at the same time.

Love the outlined building on the right in the last couple of photos - there's something about this early stage of mapping things out that I like :)

Progress may be slow, but you can't help
but appreciating the underlying quality.

Not only that it's not a race !!

Really nice bridge construction, I always appreciate a layout where the "civils" have been done the way they should be.

ImageBramley Houses by Martin Levin, on Flickr

Over the last few months, things have been very busy, but found sometime to work on my layout. Things are progressing at a very slow rate, work getting in the way!
Above is my latest creation, its not complete yet, at the stage ready for painting, but not a mile away.
once this is completed I plan to start on a back drop building which will be in HO scale, so I can hopefully get more in a smaller space.

Funny that you should log in again Martin, I was thinking of my last visit to your place as I drove around Leeds on my way to Wales a few days ago.
