I like your realistic approach there Mr Martin :)

Start all the engineering works and ripping up old track just as the people are going back to work after the holidays :)

Just glad I got to see it before they let you loose with the hammer
I buy trains because I like them, and I know that bit should not go there. But I`m happy.

Well the works will be done in sections so I can still play with my trains. I am hoping to have all the track done in the scenic section, on micks first visit, then I can continue around. Then on his next visit we will work on the scenic repairs. I have made myself a target to have all the new track down by March. It sounds a long time but with work, kids, decoder fitting and lights it is a real task.
Also my 2 Lima blood and custards have arrived. I know Lima but in all honesty for the price I like them and 75% of my coaches are Lima's.

It has been a busy day at Levington. The bridge has been removed and the track has started to be put in place. there is still the electrics to be added, but this will be done when all the track is down in that area.

You have been busy today (and Mick of course)

Can you re-use the bridge at all or is it destined for the spares box?

Well done! It looks superb and it just gets better and better!

I do love those large trees!

Keep up the great work!

Those trees, I agree, are amazing!

Really great, realistic work all round. Very inspiring!

I have been back up to have another play. I have, as you can see got the knife to the bankings. I haven't had much issues with the scenics but having a few with those bloody electrofrogs, any help would be great.
