Looks like Don Johnson to me. The Hoff must be around the other side of the room :)

Ah you are right Ade, Last time I visited mumbles, he had his life sized cut out of the Hoff, shame that wasn't in the picture, but he is in his bay watch trunks, Mumbles favourite Hoff pose!
We do need to get the lard ass mumbles back in to the garage.

Not sure if it is life size as I thought Hoff would be a bit taller!

Well, to put a stop to the silliness best I post an update...
Not been doing much, just working on a house.
Roofing mainly and a bit of detail, like guttering and chimblies

and interior decor

I reckon you've conscripted a tiny person to produce that interior. It's not the quality of work I expect from you.....it's much better.

Hi nice house mumbles. I'm guessing scratchbuilt? Is it based on a prototype?

Slightly repeating myself but yes, it's scratchbuilt and yes, it's based on prototype
in situ, earlier in the build

What did you make the roof from? Looks very good.

Hi Mark
It's an embossed sheet from slaters. You cut each strip of tiles and then layer them to get the effect. Absolutly mind numbing and time consuming to do but worth it. bear in mnind each tile is 3mm square!!
Image
there's a shot of it in progress. These parts of the roof I did strip by strip glued onto the core, the other parts I glued up sepearatly then glued onto the core
Cheers

Could I ask what you are using for drainpipes? Does this come in some form of kit?

They are from the Wills Sprue of parts. It's SS46 Buildings Pack A, chimneys, drainpipes, sills etc
this is the item

Very useful
