Two go to the motor, and these are the ones you solder (one clearly visible on each side
The other two go the chassis, normal practice with these is to use the chassis screws to hold them in place, although you can solder them to each chassis (in the same way that DAPOL do to their latest DCC design)

Look at the second picture, the orange wire is soldered to the motor brush spring clip :D
