looking good! i would kill to have mine in the house, under a nice solid roof :lol:

Good to get started - even better when the first track gets laid.

Have you got a track plan to share with us (can't find one in your Planning Section thread)?

Reading between the lines does that "middle" section suggest a viaduct perhaps?

Are those 2 protuding legs on the right going to serve a particular purpose?

Never seen pink wood before - is there something special about it?

viaduct is a thought havent got a track plan as such thought put in the things i want ie viaduct/ bridge small harbour/river/canel then plan track around that as for the two legs being long havnt finshed leveling that side pink wood is roof batten so should last

had a few hours tonite built valley had a go at bridge really want to build as much as poss feels more like my input
model skill low but will try any input on bridge will helpful cheers

It looks good. Two methods to make the sides look real. Either cut card bricks or dressed stones and glue on, or roughen sides and apply modelling clay, scribing the gaps between the stones or bricks. Looking good.

quick update frame finshed baseboards down and fixed had a little play any thoughts very welcome cheers

Nice to see another start, it's lovely indoors isn't it :wink:
I think you may have your arch set a bit too low for your viaduct. Here's mine for comparison, one of the few bits I retained from my previous layout.

glad have not rushed track plan size of baseboard reistick loco size so thought put though line at back to give me chance to have something longer plus gives me some height and make viaduct /bridge more relistick sorry about spelling

With the two bridges (which looks good) what is the height between the two?
(Thinking whether they will end up as two separate railways, or whether major gradients, probably spirals, will need to be allowed for)

Just checking... this is in N, isn't it?
