Discussion of N gauge model railway specific products and related model railway topics (problems and solutions). (Graham Farish, Dapol, Peco)
Beware track curve radius. Do not use first radius curves (the tightest ones), as these are too tight for many steam locos, and most locos have a warning in the instructions that they perform best with second radius and above. You can get away with the tight settrack points though some locos stumble a bit on those too sometimes. This will be particularly important when planning your nested loops , as the inner one must use the second radius curves (or flexi bent to the same radius), with the ones outside at progressively larger radius. You can buy track setta guides at the various radii to help set your track curves, or buy a couple of second radius settrack pieces and draw around them to set your tightest curves.
