Severn Models - Interesting delelopment ?

Postby Dad-1 » Fri Feb 27, 2015 2:37 pm

O.K this is from me, nothing to do with Severn Models of whom I knew nothing until I saw
their stand at the Milton Keynes exhibition on 14th Feb this year.
They produce etched brass building kits in 'N', the quality looked superb with very fine detail
well represented. In comparison to resin buildings I thought they were priced at a suitable
price to make them an ideal item to add to ones layout. Obviously the quality of your own
painting skills comes into play, but I though I'd mention here a place I don't usually frequent.

Have a look at :- I'd be curious to see what 'N' gaugers think ?

Thanks for the link DAD-1. Very cheap considering they are made from brass!!
They even have 2 OO kits too.
I do not have the skills or tools for brass work (working with Linka at the moment) but those look like impressive kits :)

I saw one the other day on a thread on the N Gauge Forum.

The one nearest the camera is a Severn kit and it looks good to me, enough to think about buying something off them.
