Hi all.

I've just taken delivery of the new Graham Farish class37 in Network Rail yellow (part no. #371-468). It is an excellent runner, but the front end not only has the three white lights on constant, but also the two red ones flicker/flash at the same time. This happens when running in either direction.
The two red lights come on constantly at the rear end when running in both directions as expected.

It might seem like a silly question, but is this a faulty model I have got, or do the real ones actually do this, and it is how it should be?
I don't want to be returning it for an exchange/refund if it is actually working, and they really do that!!!

i have just bought one of these my self and have the same problem.

Maybe check the Blanking plug is seated properly, otherwise a solder join may have come loose,,,

I had similar with a different 37. Remove the body shell and clean the contacts to the PCB at each end. also check they are making contact properly, you could try bending the contacts out slightly.

Having said all of that, my 37 actually had the PCB in the cab ends fail...
